Hosted around the world, insideMOBILITY® is a series of conferences, seminars, and forums that provide opportunities for HR, Reward, and Mobility professionals to gain strategic planning and implementation tools, a network of resources, and professional development skills – all to enable their company’s workforce to meet and exceed the demands of the business.
Q: How much does the Summit cost to attend?
A: There is no registration fee for in-house HR/Mobility professionals to attend. Graebel will cover two nights of lodging (three nights for those in the Western U.S. and internationally), local transportation in Miami, meals and activities, content, and program materials. Attendees just need to cover their flights!
Q: Why should I attend?
A: The Summit will be a great opportunity for you to connect with your peers and share ideas to improve your Mobility program. Check out the State of Mobility Report as a great snapshot of the insights and trends that attendees gain by attending the Summit.
Q: What time does the Summit begin and end?
A: The program will officially begin at the Opening Reception & Dinner on Tuesday, February 19 at approximately 6:00pm, but there will also be optional Learning Labs offered earlier in the day. The event is expected to end by 2:00pm on Thursday, February 21.
Q: Can attendees arrive early or stay later?
A: Attendees are welcome to arrive early or stay later – we ask that they pay for any additional hotel nights. Miami in February is a popular destination, so availability is limited. Those interested should contact the hotel directly for availability.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: Smart casual – this is Miami! Smart casual a little less formal than business casual, but appropriate for work meetings. Jeans are definitely in that mix. After the sun goes down, it can get a bit chilly, so you may want to have a light jacket or shawl handy for the dinner events.
